It helps operators record trips, hold deposits, apply their own written weather rules and generate a float plan document from the manifest they enter. It does not make navigational, safety or regulatory decisions, it does not replace a marine weather forecast, and it does not relieve a captain of any duty arising under United States federal or state law, under the rules of the United States Coast Guard, or under the terms of the operator's own insurance policy. Responsibility for the decision to sail, for passenger safety and for compliance with any applicable licence or permit stays entirely with the operator.
The publisher cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from access to this site, from the temporary unavailability of the site, or from the presence of a virus or other harmful component on a user's own equipment.
